1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Sacred Space, a spiritual social media detox coaching service operated by Lady Townsend (President/CEO/Owner), a Legal TM Business registered in Washington State 98903.

By accessing or using our services, including our website, training sessions, group sessions, and the Eternal Pathway to Peace Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Age Requirements and Parental Consent

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services independently.
• Minors (Under 18): Persons under 18 years of age are PROHIBITED from accessing any courses, sessions, or services without explicit written parental or legal guardian consent.
• Parental Consent Form: Parents/guardians must complete and submit our official Parental Consent Form, which includes:
  • Parent/guardian full legal name and contact information
  • Minor's full name and date of birth
  • Acknowledgment of session content and spiritual nature
  • Agreement to supervise minor's participation
  • Digital or physical signature with date
• Verification: We reserve the right to request government-issued ID to verify age at any time.
• Group Sessions: For Saturday group sessions, ALL participants must meet age requirements or have valid parental consent on file.

3. Services Provided

Sacred Space offers the following services:

• Individual Training Sessions: 15-minute guided meditation, prayer, sound healing, breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness sessions ($5 each)
• VIP Membership: Unlimited access to all training sessions for $30/month
• Group Online Sessions: Saturday group sessions (up to 5 people, 45 minutes, $5 per person)
• FREE Thursday Prayer Group: Weekly community prayer sessions (6:00-6:30 PM)
• Downloadable Content: Audio and video training materials for offline use
• Eternal Pathway to Peace Hub: Advanced spiritual transformation hubs (requires completion of 3-4 Sacred Space training sessions)

4. Payment Terms and Pricing

• Payment Methods: We accept PayPal payments to elizabeth98907@gmail.com
• Pricing:
  • Individual sessions: $5 per session
  • VIP Membership: $30 per month (unlimited access)
  • Group sessions: $5 per person
  • Thursday Prayer Group: FREE
• Payment Processing: Payment must be received before access is granted to paid services
• Refund Policy: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or downloaded content. VIP memberships may be cancelled at any time but no partial refunds for unused time.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing members

5. Group Session Policies

• Registration Deadline: All group session registrations must be submitted by Wednesday for Saturday sessions
• Group Size: Maximum 5 people per group session
• All Attendees Must Enroll: Every participant must be registered and paid before the session
• Sponsorship Member: Each group must designate one Sponsorship Member who:
  • Controls session flow and timing
  • Has authority to end the session
  • Ensures respectful participation from all members
  • Acts as primary contact with Sacred Space
• Session Duration: Group sessions are limited to 45 minutes
• Cancellation: Groups may cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled session for full refund

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Share, distribute, or resell downloaded content to third parties
• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or staff
• Disrupt group sessions or create hostile environments
• Provide false information during registration
• Attempt to access services without proper payment
• Record or screenshot sessions without explicit written permission
• Use our services if you are under 18 without parental consent
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership: All content, including audio, video, music, text, graphics, logos, and materials are owned by Sacred Space and Lady Townsend
• Original Music: All music is original work by BMI artist Lady Elizabeth and is protected by copyright law
• Limited License: Purchased content grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only
• Restrictions: You may NOT:
  • Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content
  • Create derivative works from our materials
  • Use our content for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright notices or watermarks
• Trademark: "Sacred Space" and "Eternal Pathway to Peace" are trademarks of our Legal TM Business

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• Not Medical Advice: Our services are spiritual and wellness-focused. They are NOT a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you have mental health concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.
• No Guarantees: We make no guarantees about specific results, outcomes, or benefits from our services
• Personal Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your participation and any decisions made based on our content
• Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for content on external websites linked from our platform
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sacred Space and Lady Townsend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question

9. Complaints, Grievances, and Dispute Resolution

We take all complaints and grievances seriously. If you have concerns about our services:

  • Date and description of the incident
  • Specific service or session involved
  • Desired resolution
  • Any supporting documentation
• Step 2 - Response Timeline: We will acknowledge receipt within 48 business hours and provide a full response within 7 business days
• Step 3 - Investigation: We will thoroughly investigate all complaints and communicate our findings
• Step 4 - Resolution: We will work with you to reach a fair resolution
• Step 5 - Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may request escalation to Lady Townsend (CEO) directly

• No Refunds: Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused services

• Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms

• You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Washington State courts
